Addendum #1 to the User Agreement
1. Privacy Policy
1.1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Ecorest.az Service User Agreement.
1.2. This Privacy Policy defines the procedure for receiving, storing, processing, using, opening and protecting the User's personal data.
1.3. The personal database of users is located at the address of the Administration.
1.4. When filling out the form for publication of an ad, or during User registration, or when subscribing to mailings, as well as in other cases of using the service, the User provides information and personal data to the Administration.
1.5. The user makes a free and voluntary decision to provide personal data and any other information about himself to the service, and also gives his consent to the processing of personal data and information by the Administration, to their transfer to other Users and/or third parties acting on the instructions of the Administration for processing. states.
1.6. The processing of personal data is any action or set of actions such as accumulation, registration, collection, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination (dissemination, realization, transfer, as well as abroad).
1.7. The purposes of personal data processing include:
1.7.1. Obtaining statistical and analytical data for the improvement of the performance of Ecorest, its users and services;
1.7.2. Expansion of the range of provided services;
1.7.3. Receiving informational or advertising news from the Service or third parties (warning about new opportunities, promotions and other news);
1.7.4. Warning and prevention of illegal or unauthorized actions of users or third parties;
1.7.5. ensuring compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation.
1.8. Ecorest collects the following information about Users:
1.8.1. Displays or otherwise discloses personal information entered by the User to the Administration during the use of Ecorest. Such information may include, in particular (but not limited to), the User's first and last name, email address and password, telephone number, User's location, and address. The user is responsible for the information provided to him.
1.8.2. Technical information collected automatically by the software of Ecorest when accessing it.
1.9. Ecorest also does not collect and process information about the Administration, racial or ethnic origin, political, religious and worldview, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as information related to health, sex life, biometric or genetic information.
1.10. Ecorest and the Administration do not provide any personal or other information provided by Users to third parties not related to Ecorest, except in the case of the User's permission, as well as in the cases provided by the User's agreement or legislation.
1.11. Ecorest and the Administration may, in some cases, provide certain information to persons who cooperate with Ecorest or are related to the Administration.
1.12. The Administration does not sell or rent the information and personal data provided by Users in the process of using the service.
1.13. To facilitate interaction between Users, the Services provide limited access to contact information of other Users. The right to use information provided by other Users is limited by the User Agreement.
1.14. The User of Ecorest undertakes not to use the information provided by another User without the User's written permission or confirmation of the right to use such information in any other way.
1.15. The User of Ecorest has the opportunity to partially change, delete or otherwise correct the personal and other data provided by him in the process of using the service at any time.
1.16. The user is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of any information and data provided by him.
1.17. If the User has logged in, registered and uses the Service with the help of the OpenID service, the User can set the procedure for transferring his data and using them in the settings of such a service.
1.18. The Service and Administration take all effective measures to protect the User's personal data from unauthorized access by third parties.
1.19. All personal data collected and processed by Ecorest is stored on a non-accessible server outside one or more secured corporate networks. All employees of the Administration who perform functions with access to and use of Users' personal and other information have signed an agreement on non-disclosure of information about Users to third parties.
1.20. A User of Ecorest can request the deletion of their personal data from Ecorest. In the light of such a request, all personal data collected about him will be deleted and future access to Ecorest will not be guaranteed.

2. Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies
2.1. Ecorest may use cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies to store information. These files are added to facilitate the use of the website and its plugins, to improve the quality of Ecorest services (as well as security), and are used for advertising purposes.
2.2. Any information received from the User by Ecorest, as well as placement of cookies in the User's browser, is carried out through a warning and with the User's permission. By continuing to use the Service, the User gives his permission to Ecorest to store cookies in the User's browser.
2.3. Ecorest uses cookies and similar technologies, which remain on the User's device during the activation of the User's browser and cookies, as well as other similar technologies that remain on the User's device for a longer period of time. The User has the right to block, delete or interrupt such cookies and similar technologies, if the User's device allows it.
2.3.1. Cookies are the concept used in computer terminology to describe information in the form of text or binary data received from Ecorest, which is stored in the User, that is, in the browser, and then sent to Ecorest if the User of the Service visits it again.
2.3.2. Web beacons are small graphic images (also known as "dot markers" or "web beacons") that can be attached to Ecorest, as well as its services, add-ons, exchange messages, and tools that usually work in conjunction with cookies to identify the User.
2.3.3. Similar technologies are technologies such as "flashcookies" and "HTML 5 cookies" that use local shared objects or local storage and other methods of application web plugins, which store information on the browser or device. These technologies may work in all of the User's browsers, and in some cases may not be fully browser-controlled and may require direct control through User-defined add-ons or devices.
2.4. The Administration takes all security measures to prevent unauthorized access to cookies and similar technologies. The user undertakes to take similar security measures. The Administration guarantees that only the authorized suppliers of the Administration and/or Ecorest services have access to cookie data.
2.5. Ecorest's service providers are companies that assist with various aspects of Ecorest. The Administration uses some authorized suppliers of services for the provision of Ecorest's appropriate services to the User, as well as for other purposes related to the direct operation of Ecorest. Such providers of services may also place cookies on the User's device through the services of Ecorest (external cookies). They may also collect other information, such as an IP address or other identifiers.
2.6. Any information that Ecorest collects and stores through the use of the above technologies is used with the User's permission.
2.7. The user can manage cookies in the browser or device settings. To refuse the collection and storage of information, it is necessary to set the flag in the "Do not save cookies" item in the browser settings, and also press the "Clear cookies" button.
2.8. Technical information on the system, such as IP addresses, is used by Ecorest to service the network equipment, as well as to compile statistical and other information.
2.9. In order to provide a high-quality service tailored to the User's individual needs and interests, Ecorest stores the data of the User's last access to the system.
3. Making changes to the privacy policy
3.1. The Administration may change, delete or update the Privacy Policy.
3.2. If the User does not agree with the changes made, the user must stop using Ecorest. If the User continues to use Ecorest, he agrees and accepts all changes and new editions of the Privacy policy in their entirety.
